BAKERY & DESSERTS

At Selland's Market-Cafe, we make all our cakes and desserts in-house (at The Kitchen Restaurant) and brought over fresh each morning.

Britni earned her Degree in Baking from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and relocated to Sacramento from Berkeley, where she also worked as a Pastry Chef. She is warm and engaging, and has an infectious enthusiasm when it comes to all things sweet. Her eyes light up when she talks about her love for baking, and how that lifelong passion finally led her to study and practice the craft.
