Our
Chef/owner, Randall Selland, prepares and performs
throughout the 4+ course "culinary event"
which are held 3-4 times per week. There is
only one seating per night with a maximum of
50 guests.
Because of the limited number of seats available,
it is not always possible to find reservations
for everyone, but we will try our best to accommodate
your needs
Our
Demonstration Dinners are $125.00 per person
plus sales tax and gratuity. The Kitchen accepts
cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
All reservations must have verbal confirmation
and be secured with a credit card. We will attempt
to contact you for verbal confirmation. To confirm
or cancel your reservation please notify us
at your earliest convenience, as we require
a 48 hour notice. Cancellations with
less than 48 hours notice will be charged a
cancellation fee of $50.00 per person.
On
Wednesday and Thursday our doors open at 6:30
and seating for guests is at approximately 7:00p.m.
On Fridays and Saturdays, our doors open at
7 o'clock and seating for guests is at approximately
7:30pm. On Sundays, our doors open at 5:00pm
and seating for guests is at 5:30pm. You should
expect to spend at least four hours with us.
All
The Kitchen’s menus are based on the freshest
available ingredients, therefore it is important
to notify us in advance of any specific
dietary needs (vegetarian,
lactose intolerant, kosher, allergies…)

The
Kitchen offers a complete wine and beverage
list and as always our wines are available at
retail, not restaurant prices. If you choose
to bring your own wine, there will be a corkage
fee of $20.00 for the first 750 ml bottle, $30.00
for the second bottle and $40.00 for each additional
750ml bottle. Randall will be happy to offer
wine-pairing suggestions for each course. Water,
coffee, or tea will be provided.
Dress
ranges from casual to semi-formal so please
wear whatever is comfortable. We appreciate
the opportunity to serve you.
